Zeroshot Bio

Zeroshot Biolabs is building biological foundation models that learn the effects of drugs on entire organisms. Massive, high-quality, whole-organism, gene-expression data is necessary but doesn’t yet exist. We’re using zebrafish — the ideal vertebrate model organism for AI-scale data generation — to create our own. Our initial go to market is as an AI-augmented zebrafish CRO that turns every drug screening contract into training signal that compounds our data advantage. Armed with AI-models that understand whole-vertebrate biology, human gene-expression data can later be layered on to improve the human-specific-accuracy of our model’s predictions. The result is biology foundation models that compress timelines and elevates confidence from early drug discovery through IND-enabling studies.
